Georgina previously owned an online personal training business helping people build healthier habits into their lifestyle without the overwhelm, and is now a coach at Unit One.
Our coaches are well versed in mobility, strength and cardio based training to help improve fitness and health markers.
We coach as if training is not just one session at a time, but is something we do each week and month and aim to make part of our lives consistently forever more.
